anyone looking to hire cooks without experience?

im very interested in building my culinary career but why does all the employers look for 2 years of experience in las vegas?! how do people get 2 years of experience if no one hires entry levels in the first place! i even went 1 year of culinary arts lol... and i stopped cuz its so expensive and im not even sure if ill get hired lol
 
Look for a kitchen porter job first ie washing dishes, carrying deliveries, some vegetable preparation. Once established work up.
