Anyone looking for a great theme for opening a restaurant?

i really like that idea of yours. i does sound different and different is in these days. idk if people know the real back round of Marco Polo tho. they may thinks its just weird. you could try if you want "The Four corners of the world". then in each corner of your restaurant have four differnt ethnicitys. that would be cool. I dont know where u are from so i cant help u with what people what..
 
What are the most common restaurant and take-away foods: Italian and Chinese. Wouldn't it be great if there were a restaurant that served both Italian and Chinese, both for sit down and take away.

But how do you tie this together in a coherent way, you say.

Open a restaurant and call it The Marco Polo. Marco Polo was an Italian who travelled to, and stayed in, China.

I think that would be a great gimmick for opening an Italian/Chinese restaurant. I think it would be a big success.

But, restaurants aren't my thing, so if anyone's looking for a gimmick, feel free to use it.
