Anyone know where to get an anime character maker for male and female characters

that let you use the image? I got that Japanese one, except I'd rather have one that can make or generate characters because I'm bad at drawing and thought about making an RPG game from a maker, but the characters I can't draw, so I need One to draw and/or generate about 300 different characters!
