It is a tricycle style bike with a bench seat behind the rider's seat in between the back tires. It is covered in a plastic dome with windows so you can ride it in the rain and not get wet. Have seen it on the bike path before, just want to know what it is called and where I can get one. Would be an ideal substitute for me since I can't afford a car to transport my niece around and groceries.
