Anyone know this error?? HTC Touch

Since this morning I have not been able to browse the web and no matter what I type in the browser for a web address, this is what comes up in the browser window below.

I called into Cricket and all they tell me is they can't guarantee web use with a flashed phone. Thank you again in advance for any help you can offer

This just started happening to me yesterday. That flashed phone line is major bull! This hapens like once every two months.

I am having the same problem. I just asked Burgertime yesterday the same thing. Anyone still having this problem today, because I still am.
I'm in the Pittsburgh like Alexns.

They told me that they have received hunderRAB of calls about this. They have no idea why this is happening. All she did was refresh my account. And same error came up. So, that was a fruitless call.

Anyone else have any ideas?

I am having the Same problem in Pittsburgh PA. is anyone with a cricket branded hanRABet having this problem?

EDIT: I just tried going the the cricket portal page. and it loaded up with no problem.

Same error here (Denver). We need someone with a Cricket branded phone to report on this...

*edit: I'm willing to bet that this will be a temporary thing, though. It's not uncommon for web to be jacked up for everyone for a couple of days, only to begin magically working again. Stay optimistic :buddies:

As per Cricket. I called back the let them know refreshing the account doesn't work. They are working on the issue and hope to have this resovled before the end of the day. They said a server is causing this problem, yet they are not sure why.
Please be tolerant as we work on this issue, is how he ended the call.

AND....if you go through google you can access the sites via the links they provide. I did this and it worked flawlessly.

Also, my HTC-Plugin's weather is working fine.

Only google and the cricket wap.motricity site is working. All others are not. At least my Google Maps with GPS still works.

i've been calling cricket since yesterday morning about this issue and even spoken to 3 supervisors, and they keep saying that they have no reports of service outages...

web does NOT work on cricket branded hanRABets either...

you can go to the portal, but then it errors out when you try to go anywhere else...

I just started seeing the same error.
Also in pittsburgh using treo 755 with sprint 1.07 rom. 1050 EVDO.

I was thinking it was something with the proxy

of course google still seems to work
