I've been looking for this movie for a while, it's a Japanese Animated movie.
All I remember is that there is a killer with short white hair I believe killing people in a subway I think with a knife on a string around his neck. I also remember a psychic girl I guess she was? Touching a teddybear and getting information out of it. There was also a boy with black hair who could send out white birds/doves that glowed, looked like magic. Also thought I saw in the beginning of the movie a man with his arm made out of blood.
IF anyone could tell me the name I'd appreciate it, I looked up all kinds of anime movies and have found nothing.
