Anyone know of any low-cost outdoor wedding venue in MA, ME, NH, CT, or RI?

On a low-budget...don"t mind doing flowers, invitations myself. I just need a place that I can have a reception. Possibly renting a hoouse on a lake or beach and throwing it on the beach!
