due to entertainment news/celebs? I need to find some sources that talk about the dumbing down of American due to entertainment news or the overwhelming presence of the celebrity in today's culture.

Anyone know anything about this?? Thanks!
 
Do some searches on Paris Hilton I think a lot of this started when she got popular. All the kids emulated how vapid and dumb she acted.
