anyone know of an animal right lawyer? massachusetts i would be the plaintive.?

Well, animals DO have some rights, but in this case it is a civil dispute, not a criminal one. Thus, you would have to CIVILLY sue the owner of the other dog and you would only recover very little money. Most lawyers will not take on the case unless you are willing to pay them upfront, and that can be quite expensive. You would have a better shot suing that person in small claims court, where you do not need a lawyer.
 
Animals do not have rights. If you as asking about a lawyer to represent you because your dog was injured by another dog, look in the phone book for those that do general litigation. Unless there is some money involved you will probably end up either paying by the hour or doing it yourself, but that was not your question.
