I am 21. I am 6'0 and weigh 214 lbs. I just got a gym membership at 24 hour fitness. I dont really know if I should start on the weights or do cardio. I am trying to get down to 180. That is my target weight. I have been doing 30 minutes straight of the eleptical. Then I go down to the weight floor. I am kind of embarrassed to jump on the weights because I can't bench that much. So I have been hitting the muscle target machines where you can adjust the weight. Are those good enough?
If some could give me a list that they use Id be super grateful.
Example:
1. 30 minutes treadmill
2. 3 sets on the shoulder rep
3. 3 sets on calfs
you know something like that!
