Saw it on TV, checked the web site, checked "Snopes" who had no information on this.
It's supposedly a govt program for people meeting certain criteria being low-income, receiving LIHEAP assistance, etc.
I want to know if this is legit and the details of how many minutes you get per month, obligations, etc.
