Anyone know anything about Palace Court Apartments in San Francisco?

I am going to sign a lease without seeing it in person because I don't live out there. Has anyone lived there? Its on 555 O'Farrell St. at Leavenworth. I know its in the Tenderloin, I dont mind. Any got any info?
It would be so appreciated, thanks a bunch!
