Eeek gads....first off you are WAYYYY underpowering your subs. ALL of them except maybe the 8's...(dont know which model Planet Audio 8's they are).
the MTX Thunder 6000 250 watt power handling with 500 watt peak.
the Pioneer is as you stated 300w at 1200 peak. And the meagasound is 500 peak...And I think 250watt nominal.
Anyway....your amps are not going to do a good job with any of the 12's or 15's....you have. Sell an amp or two....and the 12. Use the two 15's...and the 8's....if you want. And get a better amp that could handle those subs.
also realize you have TWO 8" Planet Audio subs...so you need to have power to power BOTH ...so assuming they are 100/200 peak...you need AT least a 200watt or better amp...200 to hit the nominal...and + or better to reach the peak power.
Also the 15's....are going to want 250 EACH at LEAST....
So...anyway crutchfield is a good place to go to learn how to wire subs:

Just select the amplifier configurations and sub configuration afterwards.
