I am completely lost and need help. I will explain this as basic as I possibly can and would appreciate if you could do the same with the answers.
I want to put an image on my website. When you roll over this image with your mouse I want it to make a small pop up of a different image come up. I also need the first image to be linked to a separate website so that when you click on it you are diverted.
As an example I want a picture of a rose. When you hover over the rose it brings up a small pop up of a sunflower. When you click the rose you are taken to a website where you can buy roses. (this is just an example)
From my research it seems that you cant do this in HTML but it is possible in CSS, I do not understand CSS in any way.
Hope someone can help.
