Anyone know anything about dodge Durangos?

Hey there, I'm looking to get a Dodge Durango, probably around a 2000. I know nothing about SUV's.. I'm 17 and I've driven a 95 cavalier for the two years I have been driving. Just wondering if anyone has any personal opinions on the Dodge Durango, whether it be appearance or its' quality. I appreciate all input thanks.
 
2000 model is about 9 years old so keep this in mind when you look at one of those,they did give a lot of transmission problems and some electrical problems,and leaked oil quit a bit so keep this in mind ,plus its not going to get half the gas mileage your present car does right now,unless you can find a really low mileage one that has been well maintained you might be better off looking for a different type vehicle,good luck.
