Anyone know any restaurants to go to dress up semi-formal for?

My husband's birthday is coming up and we plan on going to a restaurant that we can dress semi formal to formal in Cleveland, OH. Anyone have any ideas?

Well I live in Florida but I go to Bonefish and you dress semi formal for it, if you have it there, and also a place called Fish Bones lol, it's more formal though. Not a wide variety in names. Also there's Kobes.
Hope you have atleast one of those, their all good to me

Any steakhouse will do Like "the Keg", also places like Olive garden or Tony Romas are good.

If they have a Olive Garden there thats the best place to enjoy good food and if you wanted to you can dress up!
