Anyone know any Group games or brain teasers?

Does anyone know any group games or brain teasers you can play while you're standing in line at like knotts or 6 flags with some friends?

Games like:
-Click click bang
-johnny swoop
-"the name of the game is snaps"
-"one up one down"

Games that takes awhile to figure out and where everyone has fun trying to figure out!

and so on....
 
There is Psychiatrist.

In that one, the "doctors" are brought in to ask questions of everyone in the group. The group, however, answers questions asked to other people. It can either be a certain number of questions back or have certain partners assigned. Of course, the doctors have to figure out what's going on.

There's also pillow talk (no innuendo)

In that one, a blindfolded person is handed a pillow, which they place on someone's lap. The blindfolded person then asks the person on whose lap they're sitting to make some sort of animal noise.
