Okay so my grandmother was telling me this story about some kid who got money for making a flash game. Simple game with a ball... Some sort of game like that. I know they are not easy but with the right training, ANYONE can learn a simple flash game (Simple! Not a complicated game). Everyone on the internet does it every day (check out New Grounds for example.)
So like everything else My family laughs at me, not realizing, unlike the Drums and all the other stuff they have laughed at, I have flash. I have the computer skills and art skills to make a simple flash and Lastly my pride being stung, I want to learn how to use flash just to shut my family up for once.
Drums? Yeah I can see that since I can't play a note on anything. Sports? Hey I am not very outgoing and I'd probably kill myself trying. Something Artistic (and game related) and something I was planning to do but (very procrastinately) have not learned yet? Oh they have another thing coming.
I mean honestly I never wanted to be that person in the family who complains about the silly stuff and never shows up with any back up to this, It's happened over the past few years. On top of trying to prove them wrong I am also trying to make myself better by actually doing something I want to.
Tutorials in video or text is fine, I will be looking on my own as well. Longer post, More detailed Posts, or having some bomb tutorial? That gets the points. I WILL however delete and re-post the question if spammed. I will report you if you post and do not help, that is against the rules and you should know better.
