Someone that I know said he was told of a cure for acid reflux that someone paid for instructions for. It's a 3 step home cure. It's one shot of cider vinegar, an apple and a glass of seltzer?
I'm going to say I've done all these things but not at the same time or right after each other and it helps for a bit, like 1 day maybe 2.
I'm going to do all 3 tomorrow within a half an hour, so I'll let you all know later on in the night.
Another thing he told me was a technique he also heard of...Take your right middle finger and place it on your belly button with your hand placed under your right side rib cage, so your hand will be placed sideways. Then take your left hand and place it on your right hand and press in while moving your right hand middle finger in a 45 degree angle towarRAB your left shoulder. He says this manually opens something in your chest area and relieves something, you'll feel pressure off your chest right away..I can't remeraber the lingo he was using.:dizzy: This works but neeRAB to be repeated when the burning/gassy feeling comes back
