I'm trying out for the Iowa All-State band this year and we need to have a prepared piece to play in the audition, but I don't know what piece to use. The highest note I can play is a high C and the etudes that we're supposed to play are moderately difficult for me, if that gives anyone an idea of my skill level. I would ask my lesson teacher but he's kind of worthless to be honest. Hehe.
Anyone know a good trumpet solo?
