the best idea is to buy a bluetooth adapter for your pc (about $20) and download a audio editor or use a more advanced program like nero wave editor, and make your own ringers

There are so many sites for free ringtones and I don't know which one is better. I just want free ringtones, without any strings attached. Preferably not having to sign up or anything either.
And I don't want to have to give up my number, or is that kinda necessary?
