anyone know a good place to get a fixed gear bicycle?

im looking for a site that lets you design your own fixie, like custom wheels/colors etc... preferably without it costing an arm and a leg. i will mostly be using this for courier work/daily riding. not gonna be biking no marathons(dont know if that makes a difference. also a fixer upper is ok too
