anyone into world war one and history? i need help.?

so im doing a project for history,
i have to research this guy names "Kaiser Wilhelm II"
so i was looking around for information on the web,
and there were some web sites with "wilhelm II" AND some
with "william II" . are they the same guy? because they sound sort of alike.

does anyone know? D:
