Anyone here somewhat grossed out by fast food? Any stories?

Some people do horrible things to your food behind your back and some of these restaurants are unsanitary. I don't usually eat at restaurants with dishes, I prefer disposable utensils. Sometimes they don't wash the dishes and give you dishes that just look clean. Some even refill your glasses with left-over drinks that people did not finish. I have found food particles in some of my drinks. They accidentally drop food and give sell it to people anyway. Today I notices i'd eaten half a fly that had been baked into my pizza after taking a bite and looking down. The other day I bit into a cheeseburger and heard a loud crunch. I was scared to look down and just ran, spit it out, and rinsed out my mouth. And of course I threw the cheeseburger away. Who knows what I couId have eaten over the years inside my food where I can't see it. I am so grossed out. I don't think I'll be eating fast food in a while.
 
eww omg. that is disgusting. the worst thing the is happend to me [that i know of] is just hair in my food. i hope i never find food in my drinks or ... ugh. i cant bear to think about it
 
I feel the same way. Fast Food resturaunts are so bad for the body and after watching Super Size Me in health class, i could never eat McDonalds again! And when i was at Wendy's a couple of months ago i got a go wrap and when i bit into a piece of hair came out. I caused a HUGE scene. I sent my daad back up to the register adn made him get his money back. After that situation i don't think i have ever aten fast food. And i also agree with you on the utensils and plates situations. I went to dinner with some friends and the wwaitress dropped all the clean cups all over the floor were everyone walks and she didnt even back to go get cleaned she still put soda iit and gave it to her table.
 
ok well at mc donalds, some1 @ my moms work found in a bag of cheetos, what looked to be a chez covered rat turd. and the thing w/ the teenagers bathing in the KFC sink, grosses me out. it is all over youTube. my friennds mom was at mcdonalds and instead of a choc. milkshake, they gave her a vaniilla one and she was like i ordered choclate, this isnt chocolate and they brot her a vanilla one again! this went on like 3 times and so they finally give her a choc. milkshake. and wen she finished it, there was a quarter at the bottom.
 
yeah i get what your saying but if you don't like how others are making your food do it yourself. not trying to be a smart ass i'm just trying to cheer you on. kraft.com has some good recipes!
 
A local pizza place always had flies all over the joint even in the kitchen. It was nasty. They are fortunately not open any more.

I have also gotten a piece of hair in my food at KFC
 
One viewing of 'Supersize Me' was all it took for me to be grossed out. Then there was the study of the bacterium found in fast food ice machines. I can't even get a Pepsi on the go any more! Boo Hoo!
 
I don't really enjoy fast food. One day i was at a fast food place that really looked questionable, but I took a big bite of my burger, but then looked down, and the burger was like a puke-green, and there was fuzz growing on it! I ran to the bathroom and threw it up everywhere!
 
Just Wendy's you have to watch. Before you put the dressing on, check to make sure the bottom of the bowl isn't swimming in water. A group of friends and I went to a Wendy's here in town. The one lady took her salad back up, cuz the salad was soaked with water. I looked in mine after I already started eating mine. I got half way down and mine had a lot of water too! Not as much as my friends, but more than it should of had! Then another time after that I went to a different Wendy's on the other side of town, and the salad there was fine! Just the one, whoever was working that night, never drained the salad after washing it!.
 
Gross!!! I totally know what you mean. Did you get that cheeseburger at wendy's because I had one of their burgers and that happened to me too. I guess there is no way to tell if someone else is doing their job properly. These restaurant chains rely on the fact that people find them more reliable than cooking a full meal (which is true), which makes them think they can do whatever they want. It's really disgusting and I don't blame you,
