I just recently brought a cadillac deville sedan 1993 and I was just wondering why the radio won't work...i checked the fuse box under the steering wheel and i noticed that some of the fuses were put in upside down..are they supposed to be in the same way? and how much do they cost?
by the way i meant the colored plastic little fuses..some of the numbers are facing one way and the other are facing the other way
