I don't have any formal experience,is that a problem getting in?
Basically what do I need for applying?
All I have is a HSD and Work experience.
 
well, my dad was a chef, but im pretty sure u dont need anything higher than a HSD and experience...actually, the experience is good...it would be prbly better if you took food classes in HS...if you didnt...idk...but thats pretty good. you dont need much more to get in-i think??..good luck!!!
