You can find him in the alley across from brucies exotic autos. All he does is talk to you about finding little boys and how he likes boys over little girls sick fuck i wanted to kill him after the mission but he ran away. Glad I found out the next time i see him He trys to attack me and i get to kill him. I cant wait.
