Anyone having problems with their computers and Adobe flash player what is this?

I seem to be having a problem and keep being ask to download adobe flash player every time I go on what is this ?
 
Adobe flash player is a video player, which is need for some types of video, if you don't intend watching flash video files, don't bother downloading
Yes to the 1st part of your question, it keep freezing up, and I have to unplug the computer, as nothing works, Ithink this is due to me having too many programs on my computer
