Anyone have the old super/ ultimate programming brochure?

I am looking into a few things and would appreciate if anyone has it saved or a link. It was probably attached somewhere in the forum but I gave up after 20 mins. of searching.
 
If you entended to switch to new packages here are info that could help you:

List of the themes and in which themes the channels have been moved to:

NetworksABC
NBC
FOX
CBS
CityTV->Digital standard or networks for client with base num

I found one dated December 2004 but no mention of the Super or Ultimate you asked about.

Nimiq 1 if you read what I wrote I told him to PM me so that I could send him the programming sheet...and wrote the information posted here in case the reason he was asking was that he wanted to switch to new programming so that he knows under which theme the channels have been moved to

DirecPC wasn't a "bell failure"...it wasn't even a Bell product...it was simply offered "through" ExpressVu as it was using their satellite bandwidth.
 
so bell sold it, used a bell dish to recieve, most likely a bell land line to upload, but it wasnt a bell product?
bell should be careful what the sell, install, support, as the dumb public (me) doesnt always see the separation between the 2 companies?
