My 6 year old son has a cavity. The dentist wants to put a filling in which breaks my heart. I asked whats the point if the tooth will just fall out? He mentioned the tooth is in the back and can stay in for another 6 years. What is the process for a 6 year old to get a filling? Very nervous about this.
Anyone have experience with their 6 year old having a cavity in a baby tooth?
