samsung usa builds the xerox c20 multifunction for small businesses. I bought the Samsung SCX 6322 DN from Direct Source Copiers but was not told this was a BTA maching. That means once Samsung turfs it to an internet vendor the abrogate all responsibililty. They will NOT stand by the mishaps and shabby performance of the vendor. I am taking my appeal from Samsung USA to Samsung Japan
