You could talk about the Standardized tests we all have to take. The State-wide, or actually they're nation-wide aren't they? Well, they are state-wide tests, like the math, reading, science ones. And then there's the ACT and SAT. You could talk about how these Standardized tests aren't an accurate gage of a student's intelligence or potential. They have to make these tests hard enough for the really smart kids, but easy enough for the not-so-smart kids. You know what i mean? And, some kids may be really smart kids, but awful test takers. We shouldn't be judged so strongly by just one test, especially when applying for colleges.
