I want to use the exercise bike in the gym because someone I know uses it and is in great shape. Her legs and butt are super toned. However, I'm not quite sure how I should use it to get the results I want. Basically, I want to tone and shape my legs and butt, I don't want to lose inches and I don't want to lose any weight. I mainly want to tone. How should I use the bike for this purpose?
Also, are air resistance cycles ok to use, too or will they not work as well for toning?
