I have three GREAT logic riddles.
1. There's a room with no windows, and one door. There's three lightbulbs inside, that's connected with three switches outside the room. You don't know which switch is connected to which lightbulb, and you want to figure out, but can only go through the door once. How can you do that? HINT: Don't limit yourself.
ANSWER:
( Turn on two switches and leave them on for a while. Turn one of the ON switches OFF and go inside the room. Feel the two off lightbulbs. One bulb is on, one is off, and another one is hot. )
2. There's two containers with absolutely no labels or measurement. One container holds 3 pounds of water, and other holds 5 pounds of water. You can't use another container, and you can't mark the containers. You want to get 4 pounds of water by filling the containers completely, and dumping it to the other container, and you have unlimited water.. How do you do that?
ANSWER:
( You fill the 3 pound container, pour it into the 5 pound container, so you have 2 pounds left. Dump out the 3 pound water, and fill the 5 pound container. Now you have 5 pound and 2 pound right? Pour what you can from the 5 pound into the 3 pound container, so you have 4 pounds of water left in the 5 pound container. )
3. There was a boy who was riding in the car with a man (his dad). The car crashed, and the man died. The boy was only injured so he went to the hospital and had to get surgery done. The surgeon came and said, " I can't do this! This is my son!" Who is the surgeon?
ANSWER:
( The mom! )
I hope you had fun, and these riddles fooled you =)
