Anyone got test tips?

im having a huge math test coming up.
can anyone give me any tips on concentrating because usually i have a hard time concentrating when im writing a math test in particular.Math isn't my strongest subject and defenitly not my favourite.
so any tips/ suggestions would be helpful for me :)

don't cram the night before. Try gradually building your skills. I have issues with math tests also. Stay after school and ask the teacher if he/she could explain or help you with some of the math problems on the hw. Ask for a play by play, as my teacher calls it. Whats going to be on the test and how much are they worth each points. When you are taking your test look thought the test and read each question/problem and then start. sometimes starting at the beginning to the end is good or jumping around the test, helps because you don't want to waste your whole test time on a problem you aren't going to get. When i jump through the test formulas and ideas that we talked about in class come up so i can remember what to do. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR WORK AT THE END!!!! go through the test, don't look, actually go through the problems and the steps. When i turned in my test one time i made the most stupidest mistake (I got a C, instead of a A), because i didn't go through the problem. Try making flash cards so you can learn how to do problems, and get a study buddy!!
 
Ask the teacher whats going to be on the test. study hard but dont study the day of the test. when your takeing it you just need to chill. the big tests are always the easyest. the way i see it, the more questions there are the more you can make mistakes on and still get an a.
