Anyone got any stories about really weird/unpleasant stuff people did on drugs?

Anyone got any stories that made the news, like Big Lurch eating his friends lungs? Or just any drug related whacko stories that are sourced?
 
A teacher told me in a PSE class once about a woman he knew when he was a councellor. And she was so high on LSD , she was convinced her hands were oranges. So you know how you peel an orange? she did that with her skin. And the inside of the orange the fleshy part, she tried to eat away. I think someone found her and she was ok, but it was messed up.
