Sometimes at night while I'm in bed, I would experience this extremely sharp shooting pain at the base of one foot. So bad that I can't move my leg and I feel like screaming but I just hold my breath knowing that it will go away soon. It usually lasts about 20 seconds and then it's gone. It feels a muscle was pulled or something. Does anyone ever get this or know what exactly it is?
Anyone get these sharp pains in foot?
