Anyone get paranoid the first time having sex after baby ?

I had her 4 months ago , And i just had protected sex a week ago , The condom seemed to be intact but i still got worried and my doctor gave me plan b ( morning after pill) Anyways now i'm counting down the days till my period ... because i have slight cramping and i don't no if this is just my period coming or what ... so i'm paranoid . Did anyone else get REALLY freaked out and paranoid the first time you after baby .... and did u have slight cramping as well that made u think u were pregnant again ?
I took plan b because i was overly paranoid , I was thinking an thinking if the condom was good and after thinking about it forever and being paranoid u freaked iut thinking it wasn't and took plan b better safe then sorry
 
chances are you are not pregnant... sex can cause cramping and mild contractions for months after delivery... your period can be messed up as well... don't worry it's all natural... now if your period stops take a test...
