I have to write a synopsis for english due tomororw. I'm a freshman in college.
It only has to be on the second chapter, "Waging War"
I read it and understand some parts, but not fully.
All I'd really need is what it's actually saying in the chapter, to a point that I can understand it better so that I can write a synopsis on it.
