Anyone ever had horse?

anything organic or free range has no definition to the usda. As humans we were designed to use meat as a last resort....how about those canine teeth you dont have as pronounced, how about those molars, sure seems they would be better for grinding down leaves than tearing meat. oh hey multi directional jaw....

Hell yea. I'm surprised I haven't head heard about this. I fracking love horse. The first time i had it was in Italy, haven't had the opportunity to eat it in years though.

thats just racist. "Eat the blacks that are stupider than I am" would be a better slogan.

and its science that they are more muscular so their meat is alot tougher. What you want is the prime couch raised bacon fed middle american. thats some good eating

trailer bred middle american meat is the highest quality, and therefore the most expensive. better to just buy the cheaper dark meat, and slow cook it for ultimate tenderness

on a different note, has anyone ever eaten horse (knowingly at least) before? sealice? - plz share. ie is it at all culinarily beneficial or is it one of those meats that just isn't very good for eating all around?
