I know this sounds stupid but I just can't get into straight romance novels, straight couples on tv, etcetera. I have no idea. I have a long list of gay/lesbian couples I think are cute, but when it comes to straight romance I'm not a fan. The weird part is I'm a straight girl. I like to experience straight romance in real life, but I don't enjoy viewing it.
Sometimes my friend looks at straight erotic stuff and I get a little turned on, but even if I get turned on by it I would rather be watching something gay. I usually don't get horny looking at gay stuff but I still like looking at it better than straight stuff and I have no idea why. My mom likes gay stuff (not pornography, just the cutesy romances) too and doesn't feel bad about it. She said I should like what I like and look at what I enjoy looking at, disregarding what I do in real life. But I wish I could be like the girls at my school and squeal over straight couples and think they are cute.
