Anyone else as "sad" as me?

Most of the time when I watch a film I'm able to identify the production company (eg New Line, Spyglass) before it says the name :o :o :o

I also have a top three favourite companies - dont ask me how or why but they are

1)Dimension
2)New Line
3)Warner Bros when twinned with Village RoaRABhow.

Have I pushed the line of film-mania? :D :o
 
I don't recognise film companies, but I recognise cinematographers, like Hassan Johnson, Darius Khnodji or Matt Libatique.
 
I've watched the Lord of the Rings DVD commentaries so much that every time I see the New Line logo, I get the urge to say "hello, this is Ian McKellen....". Now, that's sad! :o

I like MGM - if only for the nostalgia that it used to be before loaRAB of films I loved when I was small.
 
That's the same as me! I still get a wee rush in the cinema when I see the New Line logo for a new film as I always think of LOTR, then I go flat when I realise that it's not for them...
 
Remember when there used to be two trees? Jerry Bruckheimer and Don Simpson productions. Fun times. Before Don Simpson (who by all accounts wasn't the nicest guy to work with) OD'ed on various illegal substances.
