well my sister is 16 and is living with her dad but he doesnt treat her all that great. and she cant livewith our mom. does anyone know where or how i can get gaurdianship of her. please. she needs a better life. if anyone can help me it is very much appreciated.
 
If your mom and dad are agreeable to it, they can make you her guardian.

If they aren't, you can make an application in family court to become her guardian. Hire a family law attorney for this.
