I have read lots of reviews of this car but I would like to know from other people what the car is like to drive. What's the running cost? Servicing cost, does it go fast or is it slow, is it expensive? I'm 35 so the insurance for me is quite good so no worries there. I'm looking to change my Honda Civic diesel for something with a little bit more power. I've never owned a sports car before so will the Celica be a lot more quicker than my 100bhp diesel? The one thing I have read quite a lot is that the Celica has only 133 pounds of torque does that make any difference to how it drives such as, is it a bit slow in the low range? Can the Celica be tuned to get more power out of it as it's a normal aspirated engine? I can't afford to do a turbo conversion at 3.5k The other cars I had in mind was the Honda Civic type-R EP3 or the Skoda Octavia vRS. However I love the look of the Celica the best. Is a Celica a good choice out of these cars? Any info on the Celica T sport would be very helpful thanks.
