There is an anime I've been interested in learning about, but all I've seen of it is a cute clip a friend showed me. Hoping to get the name of the anime, I tried looking for the clip but could I just can not find it. The clip had two cats, one spoke Japanese while the other one spoke English. The English speaking cat said, "Do you speak English, do you? I have lost my way; things have come to freely pass." and I can't remember what the other cat said, but it was mad because it couldn't understand the English speaking cat.
