Anyone being on a debt management plan and being able to get hire purchase?

Hi, my car has completely sh*t itself, i have spent over £1200 on it so far this year and it needs more work done to it. I feel now it is not worth wasting anymore money on it and would need to change it and every year it has also cost at least £300 to MOT. I am currently on a dmp with Payplan and i am just wondering, as they are not open today so i am unable to contact them if anyone else has been in my position and being able to get HP for a car whilst on this?

By the way i am in the UK
