Anybody think this will work?

Aside from it being 'wrong' do you think, since the PS3 is easily resealable, I could open one of my extra ones, take out the controller, reseal it and then take it to Wal-Mart to get my refund? (I'm returning one because I don't really feel like listing it on eBay since the profits are almost non-existant)

Odds are I won't do this by the way, I already have 2 which is all I need, I was just thinking.
 
Right, I'm not dumb enough to do it, especially since I paid with my credit card. Like I said, I was just thinking. Wondering what was stopping someone who paid cash from doing something like that.
