anybody remember the title of this horror/thriller?...

I've been racking my brains trying to remember the name of this film, I can't even remember the actors names in it but I saw it years ago and want to get hold of it again because I remember it being really good.

Its about this killer who either lives or has a hut or something on this island or next to a lake and hides the bodies of his victims in the surrounding water chained down to the surface. Thats about all I can remember! Does this sound familar to anyone?!
