I used to be able to chat on-line with AT&T sales. Today, I'm trying to order a new service and wanted to ask some questions first (hence, my preference for on-line chat as I'd have a transcript of what they're telling me). I see "LIVE ONLINE SUPPORT" followed by a clickable "Chat Now" but it leads to https://swot.sbc.com/Common/pushToChat/chat_deployment_local-att/images/dslsales-english/button/service_temporarily_unavailable.html with "TEXT/IMAGE FOR SYSTEM NOT AVAILABLE".
If anybody has recently been able to chat on-line with AT&T sales (not technical support), what URL did you go through or how did you get there?
