the movie starts off with a woman spinning or dancing round in a wedding dress and gets murdered then i remember 1 scene the killer is at a fair or circus and hes dressed as a clown i think and u always know its the killer cause the shoes he do wear and i rememeber another scene where a woman goes home to her or her friends apartment or house and theres a head in a fish tank any1 know the movie?
